Here is a newspaper account of the MCS Petition in 2001. The significance of this is that HM The Queen later gave Royal Assent to the Act of Parliament which gave effect to the Nice treaty. From that time on loyal subjects are required to withdraw their alleigance from her.

This loyal subject failed to withdraw his allegeigance from her and, furthermore, does not owe any form of alleigance to the fake country known as the EU.

i usually get "because the queen gave royal assent to the treaty of nice" as a response but that cannot be the reason.
i hope someone knowledgeable is able to respond?
